Realtor® (On-Site)

As a Realtor at Luxe, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy and sell real estate. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing the deal. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and excellent communication skills both internally and externally.

Job Description
Full-Time, Commission, 40+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation and Needs Assessment: Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and preferences. Provide expert advice and guidance on buying and selling properties.
  • Property Listings and Marketing: Create and manage property listings, utilizing various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers. Showcase properties through open houses, virtual tours, and private showings.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about property values, market trends, and neighborhoods.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee preparing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, support each other, and communicate at all times with admin staff to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work full time at 40+ hours per week
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing information and resources, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and reliability. Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve. Open to feedback and dedicated to personal and professional development.
  • Present a positive attitude and the ability to maintain a cheerful and optimistic outlook, even in challenging situations.
  • Valid real estate license in the state of GA.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not required. New licensees with a strong desire to learn and succeed are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work with real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing tools

The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated, energetic, takes initiative, is persuasive and diligent.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
